Who am I?

I split my time mainly between northern and southern California. When I’m not working, you’ll catch me reading, hiking, or day dreaming about surfing.

At UserTesting, I combine my user research and account management experience to help some of the world’s most exciting companies use remote research to make more customer centric business decisions. My professional path thus far has been: market researcher → user researcher → customer success manager → customer success strategy consultant → solutions consultant.

Why “debugging”?

In software development, debugging refers to the process of identifying the root cause of an error and fixing it. I’m inspired by this process and see it as a metaphor for how I’d like to improve the quality of my thinking.

Writing and sharing ideas helps me clarify my own thoughts and learn from others. So seriously, reach out if you find something to be interesting, banal, agreeable, objectionable, or anything in between.
